These terms govern your use of the Telo AI website and set out the basis on which we provide our consultancy services. By using this website or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Telo AI Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14474051, with a registered address at 90 Crowland Avenue, Hayes, London, UB3 4JR. In these terms, "Telo AI", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Telo AI Ltd.

2. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the site or interfere with anyone else's use of it. The content on this website is provided for general information about our services.

3. Our services

Telo AI is a UK AI adoption consultancy. We provide advisory, training, coaching and enablement services to help organisations get value from AI. We are a people-first, non-technical consultancy: where a project requires technical build, development or integration, this is delivered by an approved third-party delivery partner under a separate arrangement.

The specific scope, fees, timescales and deliverables for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed with you. Those terms take precedence over anything on this website if there is any conflict.

4. No professional or legal advice

Information on this website, and general guidance we provide about governance, compliance and regulation, is for information only and does not constitute legal, financial or other professional advice. We are not a law firm. You should take your own professional advice before acting on any regulatory matter, including in relation to UK GDPR or the EU AI Act.

5. Bookings and enquiries

The free AI Productivity Check and any other introductory call are offered without obligation. Booking a call does not create a contract for paid services. A paid engagement begins only once a proposal or statement of work is agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and the Telo AI name and brand, is owned by or licensed to Telo AI Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

Ownership of materials produced during a paid engagement is dealt with in the relevant statement of work.

7. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and make no guarantees that it will be error free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability in respect of paid services is governed by the relevant statement of work.

8. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of those sites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any change will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
